Togas wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online. If you are not fully satisfied and for items eligible for return, you can return or exchange them within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment. We accept returns and exchanges for all or partial items in the entire order made on the website togas.com/mideast.
In the case where goods purchased in the same order are delivered in separate shipments, the return period starts from the dispatch date of the last shipment. Returned items must be clean, unworn and unwashed. Please include the packaging and all tags.
Togas.com reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.
To initiate the return/exchange process, send a request via Whataspp +971 56 502 3290 or an email to the customerservice_mideast@togas.com address or where you received the confirmation of your order. Specify the reason for the return. If the ordered item was damaged or does not meet the quality, attach photos/videos of the defect.
Upon confirmation of the product defect by our manager, the company will cover the shipping cost. If item is unwilled, return or exchange shipping cost within UAE, will be covered by Togas, outside UAE will be covered by the client.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the receipt date of returned item. For Further assistance, please contact customerservice_mideast@togas.com or at togas.com/mideast/contact-us.
No returns or exchanges are offered on furniture orders, Atelier Couture custom orders, cut meters, personalized and monogrammed orders.
You may be able to cancel any Togas order as long as the order status is "in process". If order status is "shipped", it cannot be cancelled. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Items that are advertised “as is,” “discontinued item,” “clearance” are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Exchanges are free* and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to customerservice@togas.com that includes your order number (starts with #.....), the condition of your merchandise, and reason for return.
