At Togas, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about your order:
Orders & Shipment
- Our affiliated couriers - DHL, FedEx, and UPS - provide both express and standard shipping options.
- Orders are processed within 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
- Please note: We do not operate on Greek public holidays; orders received during these times will be processed on the next working day.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- For partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

Europe – Non-European Union:
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
Note: During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.

Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with your parcel's tracking number. You can check your shipment status 1-2 hours after receiving this email using the provided link:

International Shipping
For shipments outside the European Union, additional taxes and customs duties may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and may include import sales tax, customs duties, and handling costs. Please note:
- Import regulations vary by country.
- Togas cannot refund any customs-related charges, even for returned items.

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible, unwashed items or defective merchandise. Please note:
- Returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Used products cannot be returned unless defective.
- A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply.
Return Process
1. Complete the return section on the back of your packing slip, indicating your reason for return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
2. Include the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
3. We will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt.
4. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 days, subject to your bank's policies.
5. Returns may be rejected if products show signs of use or damage.

- You may cancel a Togas order if the status is "in process."
- Orders marked as "shipped" cannot be cancelled.
- A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply.
- Items marked "as is," "discontinued," or "clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Personalized, customized, and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
To initiate a cancellation, email customerservice@togas.com with your order number (starting with #), item condition, and reason for cancellation.
